Please note our estimated production and delivery windows: • Custom Needle Felted Portraits & Sculptures: 2–6 months (depending on size and complexity). • Custom Chenille Stem Charms: 3–5 weeks. • Custom 3D Printed & Hand-Painted Figurines: Approximately 4 weeks. Tracking & Delivery: Once your custom keepsake passes final approval and is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a real-time tracking number. We ship securely worldwide with tracked and insured parcel services.
