Return & Refund Policy for Custom Made-to-Order Keepsakes: At FurEver Cuddle, every piece is individually handcrafted from your pet's photos. Because each sculpture, portrait, charm, and figurine is entirely custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges once production begins. • 50% Deposits: Your 50% deposit reserves your creation slot in our artisan schedule and covers dedicated material procurement. Once crafting has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. • Pre-Shipment Approval: Before safe shipping, we will share comprehensive photos and videos of your finished piece. We offer reasonable adjustments to ensure your companion's likeness is captured faithfully. • Damaged in Transit: In the rare event that your keepsake arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at fureverpaw3d@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will work with you to repair or replace it.
