Hello pet parents, I'm Beibei, a handmade artist with 13 years of experience in needle felting. I am also a pet lover and a pet parent. My furry companions have been with me through countless days and nights, so I deeply understand: they spend their whole life accompanying us, yet time cannot hold onto this warmth.

Over the years, I have received countless precious commissions and witnessed so many touching stories between pet owners and their beloved pets. Some furry friends went missing, some have crossed the rainbow bridge, while others have just arrived in their owners’ arms.

One customer left a deep impression on me. He held an old photo of his dog and told me: “My dog is the most handsome in the world. He was my only family while I struggled to build a life in this city. Other dogs have toys and imported food, but he never complained about me. I haven’t earned enough money to give him a better life. I just wish he could stay with me longer.”

There was also an elderly man who tremblingly took out a pet collar, hoping to keep a souvenir of his beloved companion. So many stories brought tears to my eyes, tears of sorrow and tears of joy.

These stories inspired me to do what I can to preserve your precious memories. Every time I hand over the finished piece to the owner and see them smile through tears, I know my hands are not merely crafting needle felting art. I am shaping your longing into something visible and tangible.

Limited by handmade production capacity, we only accept up to 100 needle felting orders per month.
Why not expand capacity and take more orders? Custom needle felting has an extremely high craft threshold. Each piece requires tens of thousands to over one hundred thousand hand-poked stitches, while capturing the true likeness of your pet. The production lead time is very long. If we accept more orders recklessly, product quality will inevitably decline.

• Contact customer service to schedule your order (the schedule table is available in the menu bar).
• Provide original photos of your pet: please share unretouched photos, including front view, back view, side view, and close-ups of key details such as fur and markings.
• Communicate distinctive features: please inform us of your pet’s unique marks in advance. Major revisions are difficult once production starts.
• Start handcrafting: you may check real-time production updates in the Pet Waiting Area.
• Ship the finished artwork.

It is normal for wool items to develop minor loose fibers over time.

• Avoid friction with sharp and hard objects; trim stray fibers gently with small scissors if needed.
• Keep the artwork out of your pet’s reach to prevent biting and damage.
• ❌ Do NOT wash with water. Keep away from oil, cosmetics, cleaning agents and other chemical products.
• To remove dust, use a soft brush or simply blow lightly on the piece.

We also offer custom 3D printed pet figurines and custom pet pipe cleaner charms.
Restricted by needle felting production capacity, these two products follow the specifications below:

• Pipe cleaner charm: only one pose available.
• 3D printed figurine: multiple poses to choose from.
  The custom process is simple: submit your pet’s photos and tell us your requirements after placing the order.

I have 13 years of needle felting experience and will try my best to recreate your pet’s appearance for every commission. Two rounds of revisions are available during production to adjust details you are not satisfied with.
(Repeated modifications are not recommended, as excessive changes may distort your pet’s original look.)
Handmade artwork cannot achieve 100% accuracy like machine-made products. Every handmade artist has their own style. Customers with extremely high expectations for perfection please place your order with caution.

• Payment method: PayPal only for now.
• Shipping: Free shipping on all orders. Delivery time varies by region.
• Production lead time: Needle felting works take about 2–6 months depending on size and design. 3D printed items and pipe cleaner charms take around 4 weeks.
  Custom needle felting pieces require extensive labor and high material costs. Price negotiation is not accepted. Once production begins, refunds are not available. Please contact customer service if you have special circumstances.

The core differences between custom pet chenille stem pieces and needle felted works lie in materials and craftsmanship.
Needle felting uses animal wool and is shaped by repeated stabbing with felting needles. From laying wool for the base and forming the body, to sculpting facial features and fine hair textures, it requires tens of thousands of pokes. The process is complicated and time-consuming with a low error tolerance, yet the finished pieces offer high realism and exquisite details.

Chenille stems are made of wire wrapped in soft fluff and shaped by bending and twisting. We first bend wire to build an internal frame, then wrap the fluff to form the body, and assemble ears, eyes and limbs. This technique is quicker to master, and the finished items have a cute, cartoonish style.
