How It Works
1. Place Your Order & Share Their Photos
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll reach out to choose the right photos together—front and side views, close-ups of their fur, and the little details that made them uniquely theirs. Please avoid using filters whenever possible. A little tip: sharing your pet’s name, age, and gender helps us capture their one-of-a-kind spirit and weave their special personality into the finished keepsake.
2. Confirm Your Keepsake Details
Carefully review your pet’s coloring, facial features, and other cherished details, then confirm your order so we can reserve your place in our crafting schedule. A gentle note: We’ve added an order-scheduling page to the footer menu where you can view the current crafting timeline and your most accurate estimated delivery date. We update the schedule weekly, and if the timeline changes, please feel welcome to reach out—we’re always happy to help.
3. Handmade Crafting + Progress Updates
Throughout the process, we’ll send you photos of your keepsake in progress so you can confirm its overall look and feel.
4. Final Preview & Finishing Touches
Once your piece is complete, we’ll send you real photos for review. Small details such as fur color can be fine-tuned, but major structural changes aren’t possible. Once you’re happy with your order, we’ll carefully pack it and send it on its way.
